About Us

How Was Leopard - Knight Inspired?

The name is to honor my 2 daughters who both played Division 1 college lacrosse. Anna for the Lafayette Leopards and Caroline for the Army West Point Black Knights. 
Their courage, determination, resilience, discipline and perseverance have been a true inspiration and have caused me to redefine ‘what’s hard.’

Bill Raymond

Executive Coach Leopard-Knight, LLC

Bill Raymond grew up in the Boston area and worked in the family Goodyear tire and service center in his youth. He graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, and began his career in residential home building. He then went on to become a partner in a residential plumbing, heating and cooling company, which he sold in 2018 after a 30-year career. He was a Master Trainer and Business Coach for Nexstar Network, a business development and training organization for independent residential home service providers. He was a Director for Nexstar for 6 years, 3 of which serving as Chairman of the Board. He went on to serve as a Trustee for Explore The Trades for 10 years, serving two terms as President. Bill is now a volunteer Executive Partner at the Mason School of Business at William & Mary coaching & mentoring MBA and undergrad students. He is also a volunteer mentor for the William & Mary Entrepreneurship Hub.
Bill lives in Williamsburg, Virginia, with his wife, Susie and their yellow lab, Sulley.
